Meet the founders

Tom set his first company up at 18 before heading to London to find fame and fortune. He didn't, but returned to Bristol to become an award winning recruitment consultant at a market leading agency. He won the group's Top Consultant award four years in a row, becoming the best performing Recruiter in their history. Outside of work he enjoys going to the gym, a glass of wine (he only knows Rioja) and holidaying with family and friends. 

Tom was once a good footballer and cricketer before hanging up his boots to watch from the sidelines. After university, Tom joined a market leading recruitment agency where, after a few knocks along the way, he became an award winning sales manager within a £60 million turnover company. Outside of work he enjoys socialising, attempting to play golf and also plays at being a chef, despite having only been one during Year 10 work experience (loves a cheese sauce).
