With a 70% Hands Off / 30% Hands On Split, the 6 person team you’d lead is cross-functional & consists of Frontend, Backend & QA.

Essential Experience:

• 2+ Years Experience Leading Tech Teams
• Experience Leading Teams of 4+ Engineers
• A Technical, Software Engineering Background
• Strong English Communication

Beneficial Experience:

• Experience building high user-count applications (100K+ Monthly)
• Experience with their tech stack (React.js + TypeScript + PHP Laravel)
• Experience in Scaleup Product Environments
