Essential Experience:

👉🏼 2+ Years Experience Leading Tech Teams

👉🏼 Experience Leading Teams of 4+ Engineers

👉🏼 A Technical, Software Engineering Background

👉🏼 Strong English Communication

Beneficial Experience:

✅ Experience building high user-count applications (100K+ Monthly)

✅ Experience with their tech stack (React.js + TypeScript + PHP Laravel)

✅ Experience in Scaleup Product Environments
