We're Foxtek, a startup focused on disrupting the European Tech Talent Space. Founded in April 2018 by two award-winning recruiters, our goal is to make the process of finding a new role in the Tech space a simply awesome experience. We've smashed our targets for 2018/19, counting some of the coolest European Tech companies as our customers and now we're scaling-up for the next period of rapid growth!

As part of that growth, we're looking for an Operations Administrator who will relish the opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-growing startup environment

Job - Operations Administrator

What Will You Do?

  • Manage the company’s internal HR database
  • Organise business travel as required
  • Handle the purchase of office supplies and IT equipment
  • Arrange awesome company events and meetups
  • Create and issue contracts for developers we place with clients
  • Manage the complete on-boarding process for new Foxtek staff
  • Management of a variety of company projects
  • Creating and/or editing documentation such as internal job specifications and company policies
  • PA duties when Founder(s) are out of office
  • Records management (electronic and paper) to the standards required to pass an external audit
  • General Office Administration duties
  • Take ownership of the companies’ social media

What You Need

Essential

  • Educated to A-Level standard or above
  • Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • A good command of the English language, spelling and grammar; good level of numeracy
  • High level of pro-activeness & lateral thinking - you can take ownership of a task and think for yourself
  • Strong communicator, with clear written and oral communication skills
  • Great Organisational skills - you can self-manage and don't need anyone to check you've done something
  • Your sociable with a good sense of humour
  • Excellent knowledge of social media
  • The ability to be persistent and persuasive with colleagues at all levels within the business
  • You're happy to work in a fast-paced startup environment where you must be flexible and adapt quickly to change

  • Previous experience within a sales or recruitment environment
  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up
  • Formal HR Qualifications
  • Professional experience of managing a companies social media channels
  • Previous event planning experience
  • Any creative experience or qualifications suing products such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva

08.30 - 17.00 Monday-Friday

Salary

 £22,000 - £24,000 per annum
