We're looking for an Operations Administrator on a part-time basis who will relish the opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-growing startup environment.

 

What Will You Do?

 

  • Manage the company’s internal HR database

  • Proactively organise business travel as required

  • Handle the purchase of office supplies and IT equipment

  • Provide support and assistance to the Founders, including the arrangement of awesome company events and meet-ups

  • Create and issue contracts for Freelancers

  • Management of a variety of company projects

  • Creating and/or editing documentation such as internal job specifications and company policies

  • PA duties when Founder(s) are out of office

  • Records management (electronic and paper) to the standards required to pass an external audit

 

What You Need

 

Essential

 

  • Educated to A-Level standard or above
  • Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • A good command of the English language, spelling and grammar; good level of numeracy
  • Experience of introducing systems and processes within a start-up or scale-up environment
  • High level of pro-activeness & lateral thinking
  • Strong communicator, with clear written and oral communication skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Good sense of humour
  • Good knowledge of social media
  • The ability to be persistent and persuasive with colleagues at all levels within the business

Working hours

 

  • Part time, 24 hours per week
