They have extensive expansion plans to become the #1 product of their kind in Europe and now need an Engineering Manager as they grow their Tech Leadership team.

You'd be reporting to one of the best-known CTOs in Amsterdam whilst working with senior managers that have been hired from some of the Netherlands' best-known Tech Unicorns

You'll also work in an extremely modern Tech stack including React, React Native, NodeJS, Typescript, Golang, AWS and Kafka.

Essential Experience

• Engineering background - you understand Microservices, event-driven architecture etc.

• At least 1 year in an Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering or equivalent role

• Experience building teams/hiring/firing

• Have previously managed at least 8 direct reports

• You've overcome challenges as a manager that come with fast growth

• Knowledge of OKR's

• Scale-Up Experience

Location - Amsterdam- up to 3 days of remote work

Salary - Base circa 125K + 40% bonus
