My public sector client is based very near to the Weersperplein metrolink. They are looking for multiple Python Developers throughout 2019, on 6-12 month contracts. 

The project unlocks data via ReSTful APIs, with microservices that run in Docker containers. The data APIs are written in Python, using frameworks such as Django and Flask. The security services are written in Golang and Python with aiohttp. We mainly use Postgres and Elasticsearch for data storage. Our CI stack consists of Jenkins and Ansible, and we continuously deploy to production. Our Front-end developers encode Angular, React and Vue.js. Goals for all teams are 100% coverage, as well as secure programming.

Everyone within the Data Point likes working at a high level. You will work in a scrum team. In this self-managing and self-functioning team we deliver new functionalities in sprints of two weeks.

In order to find your challenge here, you bring the following experience and competences:

• You have at least a WO working and thinking level in computer science or IT related;

• You have at least five years of recent work experience as a back-end developer;

• You have knowledge of and demonstrable experience with Python; we are working on that now. 

• You are a team player;

• You are analytical and self-critical;

• You are curious and eager to learn.
