Foxtek Referral Scheme

1.            Definitions

1.1.        Recommender - A person who recommends a potential new candidate to Foxtek Recruitment Limited.

1.2.        Recommendee - A new candidate who has not previously worked with Foxtek Recruitment Limited or a freelancer who has not worked for Foxtek Recruitment Limited within the last 12 months.

1.3.        Referral date - The date that the referral is received by Foxtek Recruitment Limited.

1.4.        Referral bonus payment - Payment in the form of cash for the Recommender of the amount stated in the bonus payment amounts section of this agreement for the referral of the Recommendee.

1.5.        Qualifying criteria - The criteria that must be met by the Recommender, and as set out at clause 3.


2.            Scheme

2.1. The Foxtek Recruitment Limited referral scheme is applicable to Recommenders who recommend candidates to Foxtek Recruitment Limited whom are potentially interested in finding a new permanent or freelance job via Foxtek Recruitment Limited. This scheme provides the opportunity for referrals to be made and bonus payments earned, and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other referral scheme within Foxtek Recruitment Limited.


3.            Qualifying Criteria

3.1          Referral - For a referral to qualify it must be submitted via the email referral@foxtekrs.com. The Recommender must have explicit consent from the Recommendee to provide their details to Foxtek Recruitment Limited.  Referrals can also be made via telephone call to the Foxtek Recruitment Limited team and a record shall be retained by the consultant on file in order for the Recommendee to be validated. The referral must include the Recommendee’s name, profession, contact details, nature of the relationship to the Recommender and the location that the Recommendee requires work. The Foxtek Recruitment Limited team shall contact the Recommendee to verify their consent to be referred, with the intention of securing them work engagements.

3.2.         Compliance – For a referral to qualify, the Recommendee must pass the necessary checks to ensure they are Compliant and eligible to work.

3.3.        Qualifying Periods:

•             Permanent Placement – upon passing of the probation period as set out by the respective employer of the Recommendee

•             Freelance Placement – 50% of Referral Bonus Payment will be paid when the Recomendee starts the freelance assignment on behalf of Foxtek Recruitment Limited; A further 50% of Referral Bonus Payment will be paid when the Recomendee has completed 3 months’ worth of timesheets that have been subsequently approved by the end client of Foxtek Recruitment Limited for that assignment.


4.       Referral bonus payments

4.1.    Bonus amount - The Recommender is entitled to claim the bonus amount once the qualifying criteria, terms and conditions have been met by both the Recommender and Recommendee.

4.2.    Claiming bonus - It is the responsibility of the Recommender to claim their recommendation bonus payment by contacting the Foxtek Recruitment Limited team no later than 28 days after the Recommendee has completed the required time worked.

4.3.    Cash payment(s) - A Bonus payment is made to the Recommender once the Recommendee has met the relevant qualifying criteria, terms, conditions and the Recommender has requested payment. All recommendation bonuses are subject to tax deduction. The recommender is responsible for their own tax declaration in respect of the Bonus cash payment. Bonus payments are non-transferable.


5              General Terms

5.1.        Foxtek Recruitment Limited reserves the right to reject a recommendation bonus payment request if:

5.1.1.       the Recommendee has not consented to their personal data being submitted to Foxtek Recruitment Limited    

5.1.2.       the Recommendee has previously registered with Foxtek Recruitment Limited within the past 12 months;

5.1.3.       the Recommender or Recommendee have not met the qualifying criteria, terms and conditions;

5.1.5.       Foxtek Recruitment Limited sees fits to do so, due to any other reason or circumstance that they deem as justified; or

5.2.    Foxtek Recruitment Limited reserves the right to:

5.2.1.       vary the terms and conditions of this referral scheme at its absolute discretion; or

5.2.2.       cancel or discontinue this referral scheme without having to pay any outstanding claims, introduce a replacement scheme, offer compensation or inform temporary workers.

  • Permanent Placement – 1000 Euros
  • Freelance Placement – 1000 Euros
