Lead Cutting-Edge, Multifaceted Testing, at High Volume Trading Company

This Amsterdam-based FinTech is looking for a QA Team Lead as they level up their testing strategy to an industry-leading level.

You’ll develop and implement testing plans to include acceptance, end-to-end, and simulation tests – striving for technical excellence on one of the fastest-growing & high-performing trading platforms globally.

Alongside strategy, you’d be responsible for a small team of QA Engineers from a technical perspective and collaborate internally with Development, Product, and Risk stakeholders.

Essential Experience:

• 7+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance / Testing
• Experience in Team or Technical Lead position
• Experience with at least one programming language
• Experience with Automation frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, Robot)

Beneficial experience:

• Knowledge of JavaScript or Typescript
• Experience in the Financial Trading domain

Location – Amsterdam (hybrid working model, 3 days in the office)

Salary – up to 110K
