What You’ll Need (Essential):

🌍8+ years in engineering with proven success in leading and scaling teams of 15+.

🚀Previous experience in a start-up or scale up environment is essential.

🖥️A strong background as an Engineer/Developer/IC with deep expertise in SaaS tech.

✅Proven ability to approach and solve product-focused technical challenges.

🧠 Strong understanding of AI technologies and their product integration.

🔥 Hands-on leader with a delivery-first mindset.
